Brethren,

The Office of the Grand Secretary is committed to providing the Lodges with the most current records for use by the Lodge Secretaries.

The Office of the Grand Secretary and all of our dedicated employees are committed to serve you, the Particular Lodges and our Elected Grand Lodge Officers. It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated staff. In recognizing that so many of our Lodge Secretaries and Brethren now have computers with email, our endeavor to save you money by implementing a move towards paperless mailings has made great strides. Those Lodge Secretaries and Brethren that have the capability to receive the mailings electronically, will be requested to do so. The savings in postage and staff hours will enable our staff to concentrate on additional services for your Particular Lodge.
The Grand Treasurer and I will be conducting Lodge Secretary and Treasurer Workshops in the various Zones this year. We welcome advance questions and comments while we prepare the contents of these meetings.
